A short video of detroit that I threw together…

I met a man last night who played suitcase guitar. We chatted for a bit and I hope to see him again soon.

Something I have had trouble with as a photographer is approaching interesting people that I meet and asking for a photograph. I am working on this and since I am getting into video it’s a must.

Tech Details:

Shot with the Panasonic GH2 with the 14-42 kit lens. ISO values were set from 1600 – 32oo most of the night. All shots were shot on a tripod.

I have been busy busy busy considering adding video to what I do. I have several virtual shopping carts of gear all filled up and I am just waiting on a few things.

In the mean time I am working on an intro (above) and my East Coast videos (below).

What I am looking for from you lovely people is a bit of support, some feedback and encouragement. The videos I hope to create after I am done with all 4 cities will be far different from what you see here. After all videos are just moving pictures and I tend to do those well.

I apologize if you thought this was going to be anything from the East Coast trip… it’s not. I am putting together a little video that will be featured under the “About Me” portion of the site. This video gives you a taste of what kind of energy is going on in my head. I hope you like it. The end and final product will look and sound nothing like this.
